British Heart Foundation’s National No Smoking Day aims to inspire smokers to quit, with the theme for 2016, ‘Be Proud to Be a Quitter’. Thousands of smokers choose this day as the day they start to stop smoking. Making the decision to become smoke free is now simpler than ever for with access to the county’s online stop smoking support service www.quit4good.co.uk.
