Tracy Slaymaker
Tracy has spent the last 26 years working in various aspects of the NHS.
Working as a receptionist in a large GP surgery she came to realise that helping people in a caring environment was what she would aspire to do. She moved on to work as a healthcare assistant at the University Hospital on a busy Gynaecology emergency ward; later working at the Centre for reproductive medicine.
Most recently she worked as a phlebotomist at the George Eliot Hospital Pathology Department.
Out of work Tracy enjoys travelling with her husband and supporting the Leicester Tigers rugby team.
